These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and b55com ("b55com", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online betting and casino platform accessible at b55com.cam (the "Platform").

To register and maintain an Account on the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:
b55com reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence within the timeframe specified by b55com may result in account suspension or closure.
To register, you must provide accurate, complete and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and any other information requested during the registration process. You must update your Account information promptly if any details change.
b55com reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing reasons.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your Account credentials with any third party. b55com will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials.
If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify b55com immediately via the live chat support channel on the Platform. We will investigate promptly; however, you remain responsible for any activity that occurs on your Account prior to notification.
Users in Pakistan will have their Account Balance displayed in PKR (Pakistani Rupees) by default. Actual settlement currency may differ depending on the payment method used. Any currency conversion is subject to the prevailing exchange rate applied by the relevant payment provider at the time of the transaction.
As an international operator subject to anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) obligations, b55com is required to verify the identity and age of all Users prior to processing withdrawal requests. Verification may also be triggered at any time by unusual account activity or as part of routine compliance checks.

Standard KYC review is typically completed within 24 to 48 hours of all required documents being received in satisfactory condition. Complex cases may require additional time. Withdrawals will remain on hold until verification is completed.
Deposits must be made using payment methods accepted by the Platform and listed in the cashier section of your Account at the time of deposit. All funds deposited must originate from a payment source that is owned and controlled exclusively by you.
References to payment methods familiar to Pakistani users — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — appear on this Platform as illustrative contextual examples only. These references do not constitute confirmation that such methods are available for deposit or withdrawal, do not imply that these payment providers endorse or affiliate with b55com, and do not constitute a representation that any transaction via these providers constitutes a lawful gambling transaction in Pakistan. Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:
b55com reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit or withdrawal where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, chargebacks, or breach of these Terms. In such cases, the User's Account may be suspended pending investigation.
By placing a bet or wager on the Platform, you acknowledge that all outcomes are uncertain and that you may lose the entire amount staked. Gambling carries inherent risk; b55com does not guarantee any return on any bet.
A bet is accepted only when the Platform confirms acceptance and a unique bet reference number is issued. b55com reserves the right to refuse any bet, in whole or in part, without stating reasons. Bets placed after an event has started or concluded will be voided unless specifically offered as live/in-play markets by the Platform.
Where a bet is accepted due to a manifest error — including pricing errors, technical glitches or incorrectly displayed odds — b55com reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to the User's Account. No other liability will arise from such errors.
Where cryptocurrency deposit or withdrawal options are displayed as educational context on the Platform, Users should be aware that the PKR value of any cryptocurrency amount is subject to significant market volatility between the time a transaction is initiated and the time it is confirmed on-chain. b55com is not responsible for exchange rate movements or network fees associated with cryptocurrency transactions.
b55com supports the integrity of sport globally. References to Pakistan cricket, PSL, T20 tournaments and ICC events are made purely as sports-context information. b55com holds no partnership with, and is not affiliated to, the PCB, PSL, ICC or any professional cricket team. Bets placed on events where information suggests integrity is compromised may be voided at b55com's discretion.
All bonuses, free bets and promotional offers are subject to their individual Terms & Conditions, which will be published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion.
Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements (also referred to as rollover requirements) before they or associated winnings may be withdrawn. Example: A bonus of PKR 1,000 with a 30x wagering requirement requires PKR 30,000 in total eligible bets to be placed before the bonus is cleared. These figures are illustrative only; actual requirements are stated in individual promotion terms.
While a bonus is active, a maximum single bet limit applies. Placing bets above the stated maximum while a bonus is active constitutes abuse and may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings without notice.
All bonuses carry an expiry date by which wagering requirements must be completed. Unused or uncleared bonus funds will be forfeited automatically upon expiry. Expiry dates are stated in each individual promotion's terms.
b55com employs automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, systematic low-margin wagering to satisfy rollover requirements, and coordinated betting patterns designed to extract bonus value without genuine play intent. Detected abuse will result in void of all bonus-related winnings and may result in account closure.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Game content, live-stream feeds and sports data are provided under separate licence from their respective providers. b55com does not grant any rights in such third-party content beyond what is necessary for normal Platform use.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, b55com, its directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for:

b55com reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without notice, where:
You may close your Account at any time by contacting support via the live chat channel on the Platform. Prior to closure, all pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with these Terms. If a self-exclusion is in effect, the exclusion period must be respected before any Account closure with balance withdrawal is processed.
Upon termination of your Account, all rights granted under these Terms will immediately cease. Real-money balances (net of any forfeited bonus funds) will be returned to you via a payment method available to b55com, subject to KYC completion and any applicable hold periods required for AML compliance.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator is incorporated and licensed to operate, as notified to Users from time to time. By using the Platform, you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
b55com reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, b55com will provide Users with reasonable advance notice via the Platform, by email to the address registered on your Account, or by in-platform notification. The amended Terms will be published with an updated version date.
Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must close your Account before the effective date of the amendment.
